The Application Developer Textile Engineer drives product use cases for staple fiber technology and supports the link between research, manufacturing partners, and market needs. The role centres on practical industry adoption, factory visits, joint work with contract manufacturers, and ongoing improvement of materials for woven, nonwoven, and yarn spinning routes. The position combines technical insight with an understanding of customer drivers and production realities to guide product refinement and commercial readiness.

We are looking for a junior scientist with a background in organic and analytical chemistry to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in industry, contribute to meaningful innovation, and learn directly from experienced scientists. You will work closely with Marcel Houben, our senior scientist and inventor, who brings decades of hands-on expertise and is committed to mentoring the next generation of thinkers and doers.

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our communication and outreach efforts. This is a part-time role with flexibility to work remotely. We value candidates who are culture and design driven, with a good contemporary taste and sensitivity for visual communication.
