Keratin is intrinsically flame retardant. No chemical after-treatment is needed to reach a B2 classification for interior use.
GRADE 7
Colour holds under prolonged daylight exposure, making the material suitable for facades of interior volumes and sun-exposed spaces.

ādara® is a keratin protein fiber, proving that materials can be engineered with a low footprint and a secure supply, without requiring agricultural land, cultivation, or dependence on increasingly unpredictable climate conditions.
Our LCA, based on ISO 14040 standards, measures significantly lower CO₂ emissions and water use compared with conventional textile fibers. Full LCA available upon request.
